Ari Picker is perhaps our most fitting (and favorite) Draw Your Own Line story within the Music Monday series. After studying at Berklee College of Music, he formed Lost in the Trees and put out albums from 2007 to 2014 that saw success. He then essentially quit music, built a house in Pittsboro (NC), got married, and started a family. Picker went from not really knowing how to build a house to starting a construction business. He also runs a super cool, little studio called Goth Construction. In 2018, he returned to the music scene under the Dante High moniker. This is when we were introduced to his music and featured Green Swamp. Fast forward to the COVID era and Picker put out Dante High II, but a lot of people didn't hear it as it has just hit the big streaming services this Fall (~ 2 years later). So while this music isn't exactly brand new, it is to many, and we love it. Check out the video for Deeper Love!
