Q: What do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping rates are as follows:
$1-$20 Order = $5 shipping
$21-$49 Order = $3 shipping
$50+ Order = free shipping

Q: What if my shirt doesn't fit, or I see something I'd like to exchange it for?
A: If you wish to exchange or return an item please email info@jettylife.com for instructions. Please include your name, order number and a description of the item or items you wish to return or exchange.

Q: I have a discount code, how do I use it?
A: Jetty discount codes can be entered during the checkout process. After clicking "Preview Order" you will be able to enter a code and review your order. Please email info@jettylife.com with any questions.

Q: The item I want is Out Of Stock, am I out of luck?
A: Not necessarily, please email info@jettylife.com indicate the style, color, and size and we will notify you when/if the item becomes available.

Q: How do Gift Certificates work?
A: If you purchase a Jetty Gift Certificate online you will recieve it by mail. There will be a unique code on the back that will discount an online purchase for the amount of the Gift Certificate. Jetty Gift Certificates can only be redeemed online.
