Star Parks is the Austin based project of Andy Bianculli; the result of his former band, the Preservation, breaking up. Starting from scratch, Bianculli created a set of bittersweet tracks that would lead to the beginning of Star Parks. Written in the midst of a hot Texas summer and inspired by artists such as Harry Nilsson and Leonard Cohen, Star Parks’ new record, Don’t Dwell, offers 9 tracks of the best kind of dream pop, an atmosphere driven, piano heavy, harmony laden joyride through Bianculli’s mind.
